- The purpose of the Rules of Conduct is to set out the behaviour of all persons (service users and other users) in the squash hall and the basic rules that are essential for the provision of a high standard of service in a civilised manner.
- It also lays down requirements for the proper use, maintenance and safe operation of the squash court which are not laid down in other rules.
- Dear Guests, we ask you to comply with the following rules in order to ensure the continuous provision of a cultured sporting facility. :
- The squash court area is only accessible with a valid pass or court fee! You can only enter the changing rooms and halls after checking in at the reception! Passes are personal and can only be used by their owners, family members are no exception. The services included in the pass may not be used after the expiry date indicated on the pass!
- You must wear change shoes in the hall!
- Everyone is allowed to use the hall at their own risk and fitness level!
- Persons under the age of 15 may use the hall under parental supervision!
- The squash court area is FORBIDDEN:
- Smoking.
- Activities that are outside the service activities of the Angyalföld SquashCentrum are against the law or against public morals,
- Any activity that disturbs others with strong noise, smell or other environmental nuisance;
- The consumption or abuse of drugs, illicit drugs, narcotics, or the introduction of any dangerous substances and/or objects (explosives, pyrotechnics, weapons) or animals;
- Disturbing others during play is prohibited! The sport requires great concentration and loss of concentration can result in an accident!
- No food is allowed in the hall!
- Everyone is obliged to protect the integrity of the equipment in the room, for which everyone is financially responsible!
- To prevent injuries, it is recommended to warm up properly before training,
- We are not responsible for objects left in the changing room or elsewhere!
- No advertising of any kind is allowed in the gym area without the permission of the club manager!
- Any found objects must be handed in at the reception
- Please dispose of plastic bottles in the bins provided!
- For the sake of a pleasant stay for all of us, please keep it clean!
- I am not visiting the gym if I am ill and I declare that I have no known illness that would prevent me from working out or that is dangerous to others!
- Our guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence in the gym and restrooms!
- In the event of a breach of the Rules and Regulations, the offending party will be warned and if this does not result in a warning, the guest may be asked to leave or excluded from membership! The expelled offending guest may not make any claim against the operator!
- The purchase of season tickets or pitch fees and the use of our services implies acceptance of the Rules of the House! Repeated and conscious non-compliance with the rules of the Rules of the House will result in exclusion! The Rules of Procedure are posted at the reception and are also available on our website and apply to all guests on the squash court premises.
- Cancellation policy:
- Pre-booked courts/courts may be CANCELLED by telephone or in person up to 24 hours prior to booking.
- In the event of cancellation of pre-booked squash courts within 24 hours, 100% of the court fee will be refunded the next time the court is used, but no later than 14 days before the start of play, by bank transfer against e-invoice.
- Court booking conditions:
- Guests with a season ticket can book a date in advance until their season ticket expires.
- Guests who do not have a season ticket can book 1 week in advance.
